Body worn Electro Magnetic Stimulation systems are not new, however, the way NMES does it is… They have developed wearable carbon with highly usable stimulation modules which have been integrated into ‘normal’ performance clothing. Designed and managed by Richard and Tim Statham and backed by some very clever Swedish medical professionals and technologists, the DiPulse system is totally unique. Its applications are endless and range from increasing the efficiency of workouts, supporting rehabilitation from injuries, adding new dimensions to gaming as well as increasing the realism of military training. Based on Imperial College London’s innovation hub, the DiPulse system has already caught the eye of specialist elements of UK MOD and NATO organisations.
