Founded by two veterans Kevin Mann and Mark Smith, Ridgmont invests in, and/or owns, a group of United Kingdom Special Forces veteran-managed Defence & Security SME companies.

We exist to support and help to develop veteran owned businesses, enabling entrepreneurs to realise their aspirations.

Our objective is to continue to develop and grow the group with a broad spectrum of complimentary companies to form a cohort of like-minded businesses that are customer focused and technologically aware. Our core aim is to transform the marketplaces in which we operate in and deliver solutions that really work. Our extensive reach across the marketplace covers a wide range of end users from Private Individuals and other Owner Managed businesses to large Public Sector/Government Departments.

Each business is managed by a committed team of professionals, under the guidance of an inspiring CEO, armed with the necessary skills and experience to motivate and succeed in their particular market, focused on dynamic growth and delivering the right services or products to an exceptionally high standard in line with the agreed timelines.
