This Hereford based design house, manufacturers bespoke tactical nylon systems for the modern war fighter and security professional. The brainchild of Nick Shepherd and Paul Tate, their small team are committed to designing integrated ‘on the soldier’ systems that enable load carriage and protection. Ridgmont’s support to, and investment in, the C2R team has enabled them to grow and develop in terms of size and focus.

Update: Ridgmont are delighted that C2R have matured to a stage that has enabled them to ‘go it alone’. 

Ridgmont invests in, mentors, develops and guides veteran owned businesses to get them to a stage whereby the founders can achieve their business and life goals; and C2R provides a cracking example.  Over the last six years, the Ridgmont team has leaned in to help an embryonic but passionate C2R management get the company to where they wanted it to be; whether it be Level Peaks taking the products to market, our accountants assisting with their financial planning, or Ridgmont Property providing them with the perfect base.
